Pixloop App is an app that helps you focus and regain your focus and patience anytime, anywhere, by blocking the use of mobile apps during the time of focus, using progress bars and heat maps to visualize the progress of your focus goals, and monitoring and tracking your short-term focus goals. One step at a time to achieve more long-term goals.

This policy is a privacy specification established by you and the Pixloop developers for the "Pixloop" APP service we provide. This policy has legal effect for both you and the Pixloop developers.

"Pixloop" places great importance on user privacy. In order to enhance service quality, when you use our products (including services), we may collect and use your relevant information. However, we promise to do everything reasonably possible to protect your privacy within the bounds of the business. When you use our products or services, it is considered that you have read this "Privacy Terms" and agreed to our collection, storage, and use of your information.

(1) Data collected by Pixloop includes timestamps, application identifiers, application versions, application distribution channels, unique device identifiers, device models, device crash records, and country/region information.

(2) Pixloop uses data to: (i) statistically analyze user habits and preferences to continuously improve Pixloop products, (ii) provide specific features for users, such as recording user usage and restoring purchase data, (iii) prevent fraud and monitor traffic quality to fulfill contractual obligations to Pixloop partners. If you do not agree to Pixloop's use of your personal information, you may not be able to use all or part of the aforementioned features.

(3) The legal bases for Pixloop processing personal data include: to fulfill contracts between you and Pixloop (e.g., providing the services you requested, identifying and authenticating you to use the website); to comply with legal requirements (e.g., adhering to applicable accounting rules, fulfilling mandatory disclosure requirements of law enforcement agencies); to protect Pixloop's legitimate interests (e.g., managing Pixloop's relationship with you, ensuring the security of Pixloop services, and communicating Pixloop's products and services to you); and based on Pixloop customer consent (e.g., deploying cookies, sharing your information with third parties for advertising purposes). In certain situations, you may need to provide personal data to Pixloop for the processing described above to enable Pixloop to provide its full services and facilitate your use of all Pixloop features.

(4) You can stop using our services at any time. However, due to computer system allowances, ongoing data backup, and archiving features, residual copies on the server may take some time to be cleared after you delete data.

When you use our products or services, we assume that you have allowed and agreed to these terms. Therefore, unless any of the following cases apply, we will not share your information with any third parties, nor will we sell, rent, or otherwise distribute it to others.

In situations like these, these companies must comply with Pixloop's data privacy and security requirements;

(4) When we undergo mergers, acquisitions, or similar transactions;

(6) In accordance with relevant provisions in Pixloop's service terms and statements or other circumstances that Pixloop deems necessary.

However, please understand that, due to limitations of internet technology, even with the use of all advanced security technologies, we cannot guarantee 100% information security. Therefore, we need you to understand and confirm the transmission of information to us.

4. Terms Update

Once the service terms are changed, the modified content will be posted on the client. The modified service terms become effective as soon as they are published, replacing the original service terms. By continuing to use our products or services, you are deemed to agree to the current effective terms.
